Zebra with seven bears

By Mohammed Albarno

Lonely and handicapped,
Zebra without arms,
Her fate fades away
By seven miserables.

I wonder how this happened,
How she was beaten
Like a Boko Haram
In Sambisa Forest.

Maybe what she did is wrong,
But her act means nothing,
And did embrace this,
Her tread is for Palestine.

She's a mother, everybody knows,
She deserves to be cared for,
And not to be in fear.
Why is she surrounded by bears?

Her fear comes to reality,
And courage teaches more.
The seven bears cast fear
In the city of zebras.

That is not a jungle,
Where animals show courage.
How can this be fate,
Where lives mean nothing?

In a country of people,
With a government of people,
Such a demonstration is real
Who is near to kill the bear?
